Melbourne Legacy can provide financial assistance to eligible Legacy beneficiaries such as widow/er(s), families, disabled dependents, and youth aged up to 26 years old to support their education and wellbeing. Eligibility can be determined by speaking to a member of the Community Services Team at Legacy House. Approval for financial assistance is assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to demonstrated financial need.

Examples of what can be funded include:

  • Compulsory school fees

  • Textbooks, stationery and book list items

  • School uniforms and school shoes

  • School camps and excursions

  • Early childhood education

  • Extra-curricular activities

  • Professional development
